The second-floor space above Pier 1 Imports, Starbucks, and Shoppers Drug Mart is going to become a Bed Bath & Beyond store. According to the Crestwell Realty Inc. website, the U.S.-based homestyle-furnishings retailer will occupy 38,267 square feet. Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. has a market capitalization of more than US$7 billion.
