Crema Marfil bath surround one large white spot, replace? yes or no?

I am in the middle of adding a soaking tub to my master bath. The crema marfil surround was installed and there is huge white limestone deposit smack dab in the middle. Since I paid for the whole slab the company is willing to recut a new piece for a small fee. I am attaching photo of the surround and also a pic of the remaining slab. The project has already gone on weeks longer than I expected and redoing the marble will add another delay. Please give me opinions??!
