Regulationsand standardsPart G ComplianceAny new dwelling built after April 2010 must comply with PartG, a section of the Building Regulations which defines a waterefficiency standard. This applies to all new buildings and anybuilding converted into a dwelling. Part G requires that sanitaryfittings do not consume more than 125 litres per person perday, as determined by the Water Efficiency Calculator.
