Kaldewei, a family-run company for four generations, was founded in Ahlen, Germany by Franz Kaldewei in October 1918.
It has developed into one of the leading manufacturers of high-end bathroom solutions shaped from a special enamel, which is produced to a proprietary formula in its own melting furnaces. The material, Kaldewei steel enamel, is much harder than acrylic. Burning and smoldering objects such as cigarettes or candles do not leave marks on the surface.

What are your latest products?
A very special highlight is our new segment washbasins made of Kaldewei steel enamel. Our new washbasins are highly scratch, abrasion and impact resistant.
