This fabulous 4 bedroom luxury villa with private heated pool and tennis court is set in a tranquil location with stunning sea views, and within walking distance of Carvoeiro with sandy beach and an array of bars, restaurants, cafés and boutiques. The perfect location for your Algarve holiday.

Casa Vista Mar is a large 4 bedroom villa finished to a high standard with all the amenities needed for that special holiday. It is situated on a raised private plot, not overlooked, peaceful and with stunning views of the sea.

The huge open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy with modern comfortable sofas and armchairs and dining table & chairs. There is a flat screen TV, DVD Player, and Ipod dock, and a beautiful open fireplace, perfect for the cooler Winter evenings. Patio doors lead directly to the terrace and pool area.
The fully fitted modern kitchen is large and well equipped with toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with ensuite bath/shower room plus a family shower room and guest cloakroom.
On the 1st floor is the Master bedroom with en-suite and private balcony with stunning views of the sea and mountains. There is a separate seating area in the Master which offers an ideal place for a cot should you need one. A cot and highchair is provided.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and Internet access.

Living Rooms - The large air conditioned* lounge/dining room is furnished to a high standard with two large sofas, arm chair, and dining table with six chairs. There is an open log fire, Flat screen TV, DVD, and IPod docking station.

Kitchen - Fully fitted air conditioned* kitchen with traditional granite worktops, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom on the first floor, with air conditioning and ensuite shower room, seating area (space for a cot) and private balcony with stairs to the garden. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bath/shower room, on the ground floor, with patio doors to the garden. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with air conditioning on the ground floor, with patio doors overlooking the pool. Bedroom 4 is another twin bedroom with air conditioning on the ground floor, again with patio doors overlooking the pool.

Bathrooms - Master Bedroom has ensuite with shower, 2 sinks and WC. Bedroom 2 has ensuite with bath, shower, 2 sinks and WC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a shared shower room with 2 sinks and WC. There is also a ground floor guest toilet.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. A mid-week maid/cleaning service is provided.

Casa Vista Mar is accessed via a gated entrance and long driveway with beautiful mature landscaped gardens. The villa has a fabulous 8m x 5m private swimming pool with roman steps and surrounding terrace with panoramic views, the pool can be heated for a small additional cost. There are sun loungers provided, and a wonderful poolside BBQ area with built in dining area. There are 2 further dining areas, one under the terrace outside the lounge, the other in the shady courtyard with a second BBQ.

The villa also benefits from a it's own full size tennis court.

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Pool heating is optional for an additional charge of £100 per week.

Air conditioning is optional for an additional charge of £50 per week.

Additional baby equipment can be rented for a small fee and we can supply a welcome pack or arrange airport transfers and car rental.

We can provide a Welcome Food Pack for you if required for a small extra charge, so you don't need to rush straight out to the shops or restaurant on arrival, just drop your bags, chill out and enjoy.

There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandeira. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.

Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.

Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.

A short walk from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars (English babysitter available), and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.

Visit Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10!

Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.
