This superbly presented house was originally constructed in 2006 as one of only 4 properties in a private cul de sac by quality builders to a very high standard. This property has been upgraded by the present owners to a good extent and with uPVC double glazing whcih was replaced only 3 years ago, as well as an up to date bespoke Kitchen/Breakfast Room. The Ground floor is limestone-effect tiles throughout and the first floor is very smart with old pine- effect flooring . The sanitaryware is white and modern, including a Cloakroom, two Shower Rooms and a family-sized Bathroom.
