Early on I assumed it was from the hot water; but later concluded it was from the chlorine in the water. I figured it out quite obviously as Id get the pink skin from using a public pool or hot tub. Another strange thing was that I was getting pounding headaches after taking epsom salt baths and I thought it was from the magnesium sulfate as Im intolerant to sulfates, sulfites, nitrites etc. But I'd get a headache after every long shower or bath. back in 2004 Id purchased a heavy duty water filter by 'MultipPure'. its installed at the kitchen sink and I dont drink water from any other faucet in our house but.... just the other day after taking a longer than normal shower, I turned not just pink but beet red and...

How to Keep the Shower Curtain from Blowing in!

Image
There’s almost nothing worse than having a shower curtain that keeps blowing in on you when you’re showering. I had the same shower curtain and liner for quite a long time and it always blew in while showering. We’d stretch it out to the sides, we’d pull back one corner, use the suction cup thingies – you know, try all the tricks to prevent it from blowing in on us. Nothing ever seemed to work. I never knew why this happened or what to do about it, but now I do! We remodeled our bathroom recently and of course with the remodel and makeover came a new shower curtain and liner. We learned why our shower curtain always blew in on us and how to fix the problem. Stop the Shower Curtain from Sticking to you! If you’re having this happen, you know that it is a gross feeling too. Even though you know you had just washed the liner, when it sticks to you it’s just ick, ugh, feels gross lol . Well, get ready to put that gross feeling behind you, because I’ve figured out why we always had problem...

The Perfect Bath Day Trip Itinerary – Ideal for those on a Budget!

Perfect Bath Day Trip Itinerary " width="1024" height="768" /> The beautiful World Heritage city of Bath is one of England’s top highlights . Even if only you’re travelling in this country for a week or so, then you really can’t miss this stunning town situated in the country’s south west corner . Unbelievably, I hadn’t visited this gem in my home country, until this summer – 32 years in! With a trip to Bristol to see friends booked (read more about the best free things to do in Bristol here), Bath seemed like the perfect accessory , only 15 minutes away by train. But Bath certainly isn’t just a Bristol accessory, it’s very much a jewel in its own crown – in fact it’s amazing just how close and how different the 2 cities are. Bath is all glamour, while Bristol is all grit. Both are magnificent, it just depends what you’re into. And FYI: I’m into both!
