Twins mimic life in the womb in amazing baby bath video

They’re already born, but they might not know it yet. A video of a unique bath is offering an amazing look at what life must like for twins in the womb, with the babies cuddling and embracing as if they were still in their mom’s belly. The newborns cling to each other as they float in a basin full of water, with adult hands gently cradling and supporting their tiny bodies. At one point, water is carefully poured over their foreheads and eyes, while their noses and mouths stay above the surface so they can breathe comfortably. The bathing technique, called the Thalasso Baby Bath , was invented by Sonia Rochel, a maternity nurse in Paris, France. The twins in the video, a boy and a girl, were just a few days old when they experienced the bath, she told TODAY Moms . Their mother declined to release their names. The video, which by December 2015 has more than 39 million views on YouTube, was shot in 2013 at the maternity clinic where Rochel works. In an interview posted online last

Building a shower cubicle

A second shower is a great selling point for your house if not a necessity in a busy household. By all means construct the shower cubicle yourself, but it is safer to hire professionals if you are not competent to install electrical wiring and plumbing. Building a shower cubicle requires some experience in carpentry and tiling. You also need a degree of expertise in wiring and plumbing in order to install a shower unit. The simplest way to screen off a bath shower is to hang a simple waterproof curtain that is long enough to drape inside the bath rim. However, unless you remember to tuck the curtain against the wall each time you take a shower, you always seem to end up spraying the bathroom with water. A rigid shower screen overcomes the problem. There are various screen kits to choose from. Some are designed to shield just the end of the bath where the shower is located. Others enclose the entire bath. To provide access, complete screens have hinged or sliding doors. Hinged scre

In addition to packing in the amenities and spaces that people expect from any home, Tiny in a Box chooses the materials carefully to minimize the impact on the environment. According to the description of the West End Model : “The interior consists of recycled, sustainable, and organic materials.” Even though the home is only several hund

Since its competition in 2005, the 459-square-foot home has been located on site at Matthaei Botanical Gardens as a teaching tool on the benefits of solar power, U-M Facilities Manager Jeff Walters said. "It's just an educational display now during the hours the garden is open to the public," Walters said. "It's designed to be self-sustainable, so you can live off the grid, but we do have backup utilities for it." The interior of the home includes a bedroom, bathroom including a toilet and shower, refrigerator, sink, furniture, storage space, a washing machine and a trailer to haul it wherever you want to go.
