Football legend Micky Quinn teams up with Bristan at Installer2015


At Installer2015, leading shower and tap supplier Bristan (stand F80) will be promoting its new Product & Pricing (P&P) Guide along with a new mobile enabled version of its Connect social media platform, with the help of football legend and Talksport presenter Micky Quinn.

BristanartisanwebQuinn, who played as a centre forward for many UK football teams, including Newcastle United and Coventry City, will join the Bristan team on the first day of the show (Tuesday May 12), between 11am and 1pm.

He’ll be handing out signed copies of Bristan’s new P&P Guide. As well as including all of Bristan’s new products, the P&P Guide incorporates Layar digital technology on the front cover to provide installers with bonus videos and information via their smartphone, and is easier to use than ever.

The Talksport presenter will also be encouraging visitors to sign up to the Connect social media platform – a free service that provides plumbing installers with a dedicated community area to get in touch with each other, share information and ask questions. Micky will also be helping to promote the new mobile enabled version of Connect – making access to the service even easier – which is launching at the show.

Visitors signing up to Connect can opt to have a photograph taken with Micky Quinn, which they will be able to download from Connect after the event. New Connect members will also have the chance to win a shower – with Bristan giving away 10 every day for three months.

On the stand, Bristan showers and taps – all designed to make life easier – will be on display for installers to learn more about. In particular, the company will be promoting Artisan Evo – a wireless, digitally controlled, thermostatic mixer shower that offers digital technology at a fraction of the cost, while being simple and easy to install.

Bristan will also be showcasing the new Joy Care, available from July 2015. The BEAB Care and RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People) endorsed electric shower takes into account the needs of the elderly and people with disabilities, without compromising on style or performance.

Bristan’s shower and tap experts will also be on hand throughout the show to answer any questions and provide advice.
